Project - Production of a framework for implementation of the THLS business plan for the Lighthouse Estate.
Study included - Public perceptions of THLS, development of public, private and community partnerships, evaluation of proposed lighthouse visitor centres, THLS brand and retailing, marketing and implementation action plan.
