Study included - The economic benefit and environmental impact of a new heritage centre, audit and analysis of potential sites, in particular the medieval Walker Hall and St Lawrence’s Church, analysis of visitor markets relating to the historical themes, costs, funding and recommendations.
Client comment - “The report has addressed the particular issue of direct relevance to the District Council in a sensible and constructive manner. I feel the previously muddy waters which surrounded ‘heritage’ tourism have been significantly clarified.” J P Burgin, Heritage Manager Wychavon District Council
