The Corporation of Trinity House Lighthouse Service

The Corporation of Trinity House Lighthouse Service (THLS) commissioned the production of a framework for implementation of its business plan for the entire Lighthouse Estate. The study included looking at public perceptions of THLS; development of public, private and community partnerships; evaluation of proposed lighthouse visitor centres; THLS brand and retailing; and a marketing and implementation action plan.

Following the delivery of the report, Fielder Green Associates were engaged to deliver the marketing of the brand for several years.
